Returns Policy
Chameleon Creations Aust Pty Ltd will only accept the return of Goods that have been supplied incorrectly, or vary from their description on the artcoolmad website.

Goods damaged prior to delivery will be replaced (at the discretion of Chameleon Creations Aust Pty Ltd) and where the replacement of damaged or faulty goods is not possible (in the opinion of Chameleon Creations Aust Pty Ltd) a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty Goods. Notification of faulty or damaged products must be received by Chameleon Creations Aust Pty Ltd within 30 days of purchase.

All postage costs associated with Goods purchase and return will not be covered by Chameleon Creations Aust.
